Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for telephone call collection or other external visits to overdue customers according to different levels, record the collection results and track the follow-up situation in a timely manner.
  • Classify and summarize according to the issues discovered during and after the loan
  • Develop various effective information channels. For lost customers, increase the recovery rate, and reduce the loss of bad debts.
  • In the case of overdue customers, communicate with relevant departments in a timely manner, propose effective collection measures, guide the branches for the implementation of policies, and follow up the collection results.
  • Complete the collection target raised by the department to control the situation.
  • Work closely with branches, visit clients’ home with branches staff to collect debt.
  • Clearly know the address and contact information of all doubted customer and guide the branch to conduct home visits in a timely manner

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • More than 2 years of experience in debt collection
  • Good communication, Dynamic and interpersonal skills
  • High Responsibilities, Teamwork, fast learner
  • Well know the address, Location in the Local.
  • Fluent is required (Chinese and Khmer or English and Khmer)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing reviewing the compliance and permanent internal control functions.
  • Ensure company’s operation fully comply with laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for each operation to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conducts.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Banking &Finance, or related fields
  • At least three years experiences in compliance, permanent control and risk management at MFI or bank
  • Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Adequate knowledge on banking and finance policies and procedures development
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent in English (Chinese will be a plus)
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Be able to work & have relationship with NBC and relevant authorities.
