Job Title                  :   IT Officer

Location                   :  Base in Phnom Penh

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform data backup and restoration of IT system.
  • Preventive maintenance and administer on core IT system.
  • Monitor server health and performance.
  • Troubleshooting problem of network system and IT system.
  • Manages and maintains VMWARE, directory, email, storage, file server, anti-virus system, etc.
  • Manages and maintains the security system: Door access, intrusion, lightning, fire suppression, etc.
  • Manage Network LAN / WAN Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPsec, Virtualization, and firewalls.
  • Creates and maintains all databases required for production, development, testing, and training.
  • Maintenance servers such as database, core banking application, reporting and related servers.
  • Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances.
  • Plans and implements backup and recovery of the database.
  • Implements and enforces security for all of databases.
  • Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
  • Basic support core banking and branches staff issue.
  • Perform End-of-Day core banking.
  • Help-Desk support.
  • Performed other related tasks as required by supervisor.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology or IT related field is required
  • A Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in networks and databases with MFI or Banking Sector
  • Ability manage and support Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Domain and File Server
  • Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining a wide range of network and computer related equipment
  • Knowledge of Networking such as CCNA
  • Ability to manage security cameras
  • Ability to Administer Microsoft SQL Server Databases
  • Basic Knowledge of Accounting
  • Strong interpersonal communication, management and problem-solving skills; and willingness to learn new things for self-development
  • Ability to communicate in English is mandatory

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fully under the leadership of Branch Manager and cooperate with all necessary work related.
  • Responsible for telephone call collection, inform client to pay loan in time.
  • Conduct external visits to clients according to different situations.
  • Record, classify and summarize all collection results, track the follow-up situation in a timely manner. Analyze together with BM and conduct effective plans for general recovery.
  • Deliver warning letters to client and any guarantor who is involved with.
  • Develop various effective information channels. For lost customers, increase the recovery rate, and reduce the loss of bad debts.
  • Complete the collection target raised by Branch Manager.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Only male staff with working experience in financial institutions.
  • Good communication, Dynamic and interpersonal skills.
  • High Responsibilities, Teamwork, fast learner.
  • Familiar with the local area.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese (reading, listening, speaking, and writing).

  • Responsible for litigation affairs, in contact with Lawyer, being company representative to solve court case for the interest of Company.
  • Responsible for telephone call collection or other external visits to overdue customers according to different levels, record the collection results and track the follow-up situation in a timely manner.
  • Classify and summarize according to the issues discovered during and after the loan.
  • Develop various effective information channels. For lost customers, increase the recovery rate and reduce the loss of bad debts.
  • In case of overdue customers, communicate with relevant departments in a timely manner, propose
  • Effective collection measures, guide the branches for the implementation of policies, and follow up the collection results.
  • Complete the collection target raised by the department to control the situation.
  • Work closely with branches, visit clients’ home with branches staff to collect debt.
  • Clearly know the address and contact information of all doubted customer and guide the branch to conduct home visits in a timely manner.

  • More than 2 years of experience in litigation affairs
