Job Title                  :   Sales Coordinator and Branch Networks

Location                   :  Head Office

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and promote CMK’s business and supervise the sales objectives of each branch
  • Coach the branch staff to improve their business skills to help meet sales objectives
  • Maintain and develop partnerships with businesses and institutions
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the branch workforce management and in the recruitment of candidates with the appropriate profiles
  • Participate in launching and running of commercial activities in branches and follow up
  • Regularly monitor relations with all existing partner institutions.
  • Identify and contact new companies or organizations (NGO, schools, universities, firms, shops…), conduct briefings and raise awareness among officials and employees of these institutions.
  • Regular Communication with field staff to analyze the needs and problems of each branch and report solutions.
  • Train the branch staff on commercial issues to make them more efficient and improve their business skills.
  • Follow up the evolution of the new staffs in collaboration with the training

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Banking and Finance, or related fields
  • At least two years’ experiences in Credit Officer, Sales Admin and related fields at MFIs or bank
  • Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication, sales and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and positive work attitude, Team work, and fast learner
  • Work experience in hospitality, banking or micro-finance is preferred
  • Good level of English (both writing and speaking) is required

Job Title                  :   Sale Administrator

Location                   :  Head Office

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the development of commercial activities.
  • Arrange appointments for the Sales Manager and supply any presentation or product information that reps need for meetings.
  • Responsible for promotion and make the product popular amongst the consumers.
  • Ensure that branches follow the management’s recommendations in terms of commercial organization, such as “discovery meeting” to be held with each member at least once per year and all other requirements made by the management.

Main responsibilities

  • Performing, reviewing the compliance and permanent internal control functions
  • Ensure company’s operation fully comply with laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures
  • Develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures for each operation to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conducts
