Main responsibilities

  • Performing reviewing the compliance and permanent internal control functions
  • Ensure company’s operation fully comply with laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures
  • Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for each operation to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conducts
  • Develop value added by advice and guidance to branches and operation department on all compliance and permanent control issues
  • Monitor to ensure that policies, procedures and regulations are applied consistently across branches and departments
  • Assist management to identify the impacts of the current and new products, procedure and policies
  • Report non-compliance issues, its mitigations and result of the implementation to relevant management, audit committee and board of director b

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Banking &Finance, or related fields
  • At least three years experiences in compliance, permanent control and risk management at MFI or bank
  • Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Adequate knowledge on banking and finance policies and procedures development
  • Good computer skills
  • Working knowledge of English
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision
  • Good interpersonal and team work skills

  • Perform audits on study and evaluate the organizing of human resources; control credit, loan, check the financial and accounting transaction, fixed asset/inventory management, cash management and other controls.
  • Execute Audits in accordance with the departmental procedures, standards or guidelines issued by CMK
  • Monitor the compliance and the enforcement of regulations, legal and taxes
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to Internal Audit Manager on the result of audit reviews or assignments and audit findings.

  • Weekly planning and preparing for effective debt collection
  • Dealing with late loan
  • Implement credit control process in order to reduce the risk of long-term outstanding debt
  • Facilitate and analysis potential risk of debtor in branches
  • Facilitate with lawyer/authority and preparation complaint document
  • Facilitate the activities of credit by developing and implementing of commercial related materials
  • Setting definite and realistic debt collection targets with manager
  • Assist and support branches to provide technical to analysis loans
  • Recovering money from people who have taken out loans
  • Working closely with branch staff in the early, mid or late stages of the collection process
  • Making outbound collection calls to debtors as well as home visits.
  • Overcome stalls and objections & suggest money sources for debt payment
  • Perform other duties as required by the team leader

   Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and finance, Law, another field
  • Experience in hospitality, banking or MFIs is preferred
  • At least 1-year experience in fields
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Good level of English is required, and Chinese Language is advantage.
