Job Title                  :   Customer Service

Location                   :  Phnom Penh & Province

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, advise them, manage their contracts, etc.
  • Promote and sell all cmk’s products and services and actively contribute to the achievement of teams objectives.
  • Handle counter and branch operations
  • Contact clients by telephone (telephone follow-up and/or telemarketing)
  • Conduct back office activities

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Customer oriented, good communication, sales and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and positive work attitude, Team work, and fast learner
  • Degree or Diploma in a related subject
  • Work experience in hospitality, banking or micro-finance is preferred but not required
  • Good level of English (both writing and speaking) is required
  • Capable with Microsoft Office

Job Title                  :   Credit Agent & Debt Collector

Location                :  Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kep, Kampong Chhnang, Takeo, Orang Ov & Lvea Em

Main responsibilities:

  • Weekly planning and preparing for effective debt collection
  • Delinquency management
  • Dealing with late loan
  • Implement credit control process to reduce the risk of long-term outstanding debt
  • Facilitate and analysis potential risk of debtors
  • Cooperate with lawyer/authority and prepare complaint document
  • Facilitate the activities of credit by developing and implementing of commercial related materials
  • Setting definite and realistic debt collection targets
  • Assist and support branches to provide technical assistance on loan analysis
  • Support manager to develop training tools or train employees occasionally

 

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and finance
  • Experience in hospitality, banking or MFIs is preferred
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Good level of English or French is a plus
